Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Comfort Insurance, a trading name of Victor Millwell Insurance, registered in England and Wales under company number 300281, with its registered office at Comfort House, 8 Goresbrook Rd, Dagenham RM9 6UR. - Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Jersey, and Guernsey aged 18 years or over.
2.2. To be eligible to enter, participants must be existing Comfort Insurance customers and hold a live motorhome insurance policy and/or live campervan insurance policy with Comfort Insurance at the time of entry.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of eligible policies held.
2.4. Comfort Insurance reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may request evidence to confirm eligibility.
- Promotion Period
3.1. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 23 July 2026.
3.2. The promotion closes at 11:59pm BST on the 31 August 2026
3.3. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
- How to Enter
4.1. Eligible policyholders can enter by completing the designated entry form and providing:
- Their full name;
- Their date of birth;
- A valid email address and telephone number;
- Their home address postcode;
- Their car insurance renewal date and/or home insurance renewal date.
4.2. The prize draw is free to enter.
4.3. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that the information provided is accurate and belongs to them.
- Prize
5.1. One winner will be given the choice to receive either
- A Family 2 Adults National Trust Annual Membership
- Or a Family 2 Adults English Heritage Membership
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6.2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
- Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw taking place.
7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, declines the prize, Comfort Insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Use of Personal Data
8.1. By entering the promotion and consenting to being contacted regarding your provided renewal information, entrants understand and agree that Comfort Insurance will process entrants’ personal data for the following purposes:
- Administration of the prize draw;
- Verification of eligibility;
- Contacting entrants regarding the renewal dates they have provided;
- Providing insurance quotations or discussing relevant insurance products around the time of their stated car and/or home insurance renewal date.
8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Comfort Insurance’s Privacy Policy
8.3. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional upon consenting to receive ongoing marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.
8.4. Any marketing preferences can be updated or withdrawn at any time by contacting info@comfort-insurance.co.uk.
- Publicity
9.1. The winner’s name may be made available on our website competition page, unless the winner objects or a lawful exemption applies.
- Disqualification
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Does not meet the eligibility criteria;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Attempts to manipulate or disrupt the promotion;
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
10.3. Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries generated by bots will be invalid.
- Cancellation or Amendment
11.1. Comfort Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Comfort Insurance’s website.
