Our simple renewal process couldn’t be easier.  You will receive an email with your renewal invitation, which includes your premium. When you’re ready to renew, call our friendly, award-winning team - You’ll need to have your customer reference and/or your postcode to hand.

It’s important that your details are correct. When you call us to renew your policy we’ll check the details with you and make any changes you need to make, so that we can continue to give you the best possible cover.

Recommend a Friend

Would you like to be part of our Recommend a Friend scheme that will see you and your friend benefitting from a discount on your insurance?

We never inflate our prices so you will both benefit from a real discount.

What do you need to do?

  1. Give your friend your policy reference number and tell them to call and get a quote with us on 020 8984 0777.
  2. When they quote your reference a 5% discount will be applied to their quote.
  3. If they purchase the policy, a 5% discount will be applied to the next renewal premium on your policy.

*Both 5% discounts given on introduction of new business can only be applied once.

Recommend a Friend Terms and Conditions

The Comfort Recommend a friend scheme is open to any existing Comfort customer, who is UK resident and over 18 ("Policyholder(s)") and only applies to recommended friends who purchase a new Aviva Motorhome or Campervan policy direct from Comfort where the annual premium is over £100 and the purchaser has not been a customer with Comfort for 12 months before taking out this policy ("New Customer(s)").

  • Where more than one person is named as a policyholder, any of the named persons is eligible, as an existing Comfort customer, to recommend a friend and will be eligible to receive any reward which may be due.
  • In order to take part in this promotion, Existing policy Holders must provide the New Customer there reference number in order for us to allocate the discount at the existing policy holders reference at their next renewal.
  • Where a New Customer is recommended by more than one friend, the discount will be given to the friend whose referral policy reference is first obtained.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, cash back or friends and family offer being run by Comfort or any of its affiliate partners, or in conjunction with any existing customer discounts or employee benefit schemes.
  • All New Customers will be sent an email using the contact details that have been provided to us in relation to this promotion. The Policyholder recommending the New Customer will be identified in the subject matter of the email so the New Customer can see who recommended them. We will not use any personal information for any other marketing promotions or any other purpose.
  • Aviva customer employees are eligible to participate in this scheme.
  • A New Customer can only make one purchase per specified product in conjunction with the Recommend a friend scheme
  • Comfort reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. However, friends recommended prior to the offer being withdrawn will still be eligible to take part.
  • This discount will finish on 31st December 2018 for New Business and 31st December 2019 for Renewals.
