Renewing your Cover

Our simple renewal process couldn’t be easier.  You will receive an email with your renewal invitation, which includes your premium. When you’re ready to renew, call our friendly, award-winning team - You’ll need to have your customer reference and/or your postcode to hand.

It’s important that your details are correct. When you call us to renew your policy we’ll check the details with you and make any changes you need to make for you, so that we can continue to give you the very best possible cover. Please call us on 0208 9840 777.

Alternatively, if do not intend making any changes to the information contained in the renewal invitation and you would like to renew your motorhome or campervan insurance policy, you can do so at any time via My Account.

Making changes to your Cover

It’s important that your details are always correct so that we can give you the best possible cover. If you want to make a change to your cover e.g. change address, change of vehicle, change of cover or driver’s details,  please call us on 0208 9840 777.
