As of next March there will be six camping shows nationwide held by Warners Shows, and tickets can now officially be pre-booked. The season will be kicked off with a new day visitor show, the Great Yorkshire Motorhome and Caravan show, on the 22nd of March, which marks Warners’ return to the Northeast. The first camping show is the National Motorhome Show which takes place between the 19th and the 21st of April at the East of England Showground in Peterborough.
The National Motorhome Show will be the largest of all the shows, with over three hundred exhibitors bringing over eight hundred different motorhomes, as well as a huge selection of specialist accessories. The show also offers free motorhome seminars, a chance to see the newly crowned Motorhomes of the Year 2013, four nights camping, and first-class entertainment including the popular variety night.
After this there will be a show every month throughout the summer in various locations, including Newbury, Exeter, Cheshire, Malvern and Lincoln. Those that wish to stay over at the shows need to book early to make sure they get the pitch they want for the amount of time they need. The shows welcome all types of campers, from those that wish to come in their motorhomes to people that want to sleep outside in their tents. There is also a variety of camping options, for instance those that are members of camping clubs and are holding rallies at the events can camp for free in the Club area. Many of the shows also provide a Disabled area for those that have a blue badge, however they must remember to bring this to the show as the badge will be inspected upon arrival.
Whilst at the shows visitors can visit a variety of exhibitions that discuss motorhomes and motorhome living, including information on new models, accessories, motorhome insurance and holiday ideas.
